Due to the interruption of crucial teaching time, we are not able to call learners down to the office when parents collect them during school time.  The parent needs to request permission from the teacher to collect learners early. Once permission is granted, the teacher will send the learner down at the agreed time.

 

Your children will need to keep an eye on the time and remind teachers when necessary.  Many parents are aggravated by the fact that they need to wait for their children to come down, but unfortunately, there is no alternative.

 

Please limit these events to the absolute minimum as there are far too many learners leaving early for no reason.  Exceptions will only be made for emergencies.
